If you could chose the best united team ever picking any player who had ever played for united who would you pick?
I would have Peter Schmeichel in goal.

I'd say the team who was involved in the Munich disaster.
You had a great side which had some key undeveloped talented, who england as nation sadly missed out on. a side with so much promise and flare, that I could even replace one with ryan giggs.

I think the best goal keeper who ever played for united was Peter Smichiel so he would be in goal. In my midfield I would have Duncan Edwards and Roy Kean. And Ronaldo would have to be in the team.

ok thanks. hmmmmm thats a hard one for the strikers. you could choose so many for so many different reasons. Im quite young and never saw the like of the bubsy babes so i'd say someone up front with Cantona.
roy keane HAS to be in there...such a unique player. They don't make them like him any more.

Hm - if I take a team that I have seen play (I can't exactly pick Roger Byrne or Duncan Edwards when I have never seen them play - even if they most likely belong on a team like that´)
So - Schmeichel, Evra (or Irwin 50/50 really), Pallister, Ferdinand, Neville, Giggs, Robson, Keane, Ronaldo, Nistelrooy og Rooney Bench: Van der Sar, Irwin, Vidic, Ince, Whiteside, Beckham and Cantona
