Should Carrick leave ?
#1
Mid fielder Micheal Carrick has been linked with a move away from the club after he did find a guaranteed place in the starting 11. Sunderland is showing a lot of interest to sign him. Do you think he should move or should he remain with the Red Devils ?

He probably found things way too easy, with 3 Championship wins in his first 3 years, and took his foot off the throttle.
Or, maybe he couldn't cope with the thought of competition from Anderson and the (threatened) return of Owen Hargreaves.
Whatever the reasons, his 'level of excellence' has diminished in most supporters estimations.
Mind you, Roy Keane left a lot for anyone to live up to.

It's no secret that we are weak in midfield so, unless he can redeem himself before the next transfer window, he should then go.
Although SAF could be that one step in ahead of us, surprise us all and have something already planned, prior to the new season starting.

No Carrick should not be sold, we are short of quality in midfield at the moment and although he was poor last season we will need him in short term, we do need a classy midfielder that can control a game and until we find one, we need to keep him in the squad as there are lots of matches in a season to rotate players.
