January Transfer - Midfielder??

Hi guys,

Sorry if there is already a thread on this but i couldn't see one so i thought i'd write.

I see a lot of random suggestions flying around on manutd.com about midfileders we apparently "need" but i was just looking for some realistic views on the matter... Do we need a midfielder and if so has anyone got any sensible suggestions?

I was thinking maybe we could do with a little more steel/bite in our midfield. A modern day Keano would be perfect but i am unsure if there any players out there like that anymore.... Thoughts?

We don't really, but with the expected sale of anderson some people are thinking it. I'd probably only want them to bring in a young midfielder that could turn into a star.

But the main positions that must be focused on is both wings and a potential rooney replacement, maybe a defender also!
