Im a mod on another site and we always do this.. Its just a friendly tip:
Check the users registration Details. Note the IP
address and Validate it at http://
www.stopforumspam.com/
If the IP address search says "no results found."
then it's a clean IP. If it shows a list of user names
and e-mail addresses then it's a spammer
then check the e-mail address for validation at
http://www.centralops.net in the Email Dossier
Section.
A Valid Email should pass Level 3... Anything Less
the Validation Fails.
