Stretford End Banner
#1
Roberto Mancini is vowing to tear down the Old Trafford banner mocking Manchester City's lack of success. A banner at the Stretford End records the number of years since City last won a trophy and currently stands between 33 and 34 years. But the Blues' boss insists: "We will take the banner down! It is the last year it will be up, for sure."

This will be a most interesting Carling Cup semi-final. I suspect Mancini's just a tad optimistic about City's prospects, though right enough I don't think he was fully serious about the banner,
