Vidic is the new United captain. i think it a good decition im happy that vidic is captain he be a good leader and the young players will lern from him to gain expereince and confidence. i hope he dose well as the new captain. i was hoping it would of been Rio but Vidic is a great defender so i thin it a good choice
I think most of the squad know exactly where they'll stand with him in charge, he'll rightly command their respect.
Playing from defense he'll see all that will go on in front of him and so, as you have said, he's a good choice.
Maybe it was one of the stipulations he made, before he would sign his new contract.
I just hope that the added responsibility of the Captaincy doesn't detract from his normal game.
Rio I feel sorry for, but until he can prove his fitness on a regular basis, he'll just have to accept it, the way things are.
i reckon that he is the best defender in the world and he deserves it
