i have bin sat hear now for around ten mins thinking of a player that deserves player of the year, mmmm its a hard one they have all done good things and all have done bad things,the only player that keeps popping in to my head is ferdinand not to many mistakes!!! he holds the line well and has made some good tackles in the box to save us. other team members have not for me stud out as much as they usually do this season and i think we are lucky to be in the position we are in.

Credit this season for being at the top of the table must go to the defence, We have not been just so sharp at the front end but or defence has been mostly unbreachable. All of those clean sheets since Christmas helped bag us the points. While Van der Sar is one of the best keepers in the world he could not have done it without Visic and Ferdinand. It has been a delight to see Jonny Evans fit in so well. However My player of the year so far has to be Vidic. he has also scored some very important goals.

Vidic or Carick in my opinion really, people metioning Ronaldo, have you been watching him this season? United and Portugal he has been average at best.
personally given the choice at the end of the season from what i have seen i would like United to free up the cash to get tevez perminently, if that means Ronaldo goes i personally wouldn't be too upset, i feel he is now thinking he's bigger than Man Utd and always too busy moaning on the deck about every decision going against him, whereas Tevez is always giving his all to the team to get the ball back when it's lost.
A it off topic i know but for Ronaldo to be mentioned as a player of the season just made me laugh.
