Family stand tickets ? - ManFromTheDailyMail - 15-11-2009 First of all id like to introduce myself, my name is David and i live in Glasgow but from Cork, Ireland originally. I came across this forum on another forum somewhere and am impressed by it, i really think it will be a success and wish the Creators/Mods all the best. Now im looking to take my family to Old Trafford in the early new year and trying to find a suitable game for us to go. I have been a few times but my partner and kids have never. One is 5 years and another is 5 months old. Im aware that the family stand is the place for us but am looking to buy tickets but cant seem to anywhere. I have been on the Official website but have to subscribe to OneUnited and other webistes charge outrageous prices. If anyone has any advice for me or knows how to help i would truly appreciate any input you would have. I would like to know do i need to buy 4 tickets, 2 adult and 2 children, or would the 5 month old get in for free as she would be sitting in our arms. Thank you ! RE: Family stand tickets ? - WatchMUFC - 15-11-2009 the best place to buy reasonable priced tickets is http://unitedticketagency.com they are very safe and I think they even offer buying the tickets in person so you feel 100% safe. I suggest you just contact them directly telling them your requirements (say ManUtdPeople.com sent you) they will sort you out I have heard hundreds of good reports from them. https://manutdpeople.com/Thread-community-shield-tickets have a read of that thread RE: Family stand tickets ? - DaleDaManc - 15-11-2009 yeah im going to the chealse game at easter in that stand.was there for a blackburn game to witch we lost mate but i think its only if your going with the family its very quite and you cant stand so if i was going alone it would be the stetford end! RE: Family stand tickets ? - ManFromTheDailyMail - 15-11-2009 Thanks for that. I have contacted http://unitedticketagency.com/ and am awaiting a response. Oh and my aplogies if i posted this in the wrong section.:whistling: Still finding my way round here. RE: Family stand tickets ? - DaleDaManc - 15-11-2009 no boder we all do it at time's! RE: Family stand tickets ? - WatchMUFC - 15-11-2009 it's in the right place anyway so don't worry. good luck in getting your tickets RE: Family stand tickets ? - ManFromTheDailyMail - 22-11-2009 Yeah that guy from http://unitedticketagency.com/ got back to me saying that we would not have to pay for the baby, he said the only sat midday game would be the burnley game but we would have to buy 3 tickets for £80 each. To be honest i think thats a bit steep. If thats a fair price id like to know your opinion please. RE: Family stand tickets ? - Noucamp99 - 22-11-2009 I guess it's about the right price, unless you are prepared to join One United. We joined last year, like previous years for £23 (I think) each and then applied for pretty much every home game that was over a weekend. We were prepared to travel from Essex to as many as we could get to, but then us is just myself and my fiancee. We didn't join this year, but only because of the recession and the chance of job losses. We went to the Community Shield game and hope to get to at least one game in the New Year. I think there might be a high cost involved if we go a second time, as this may involve someone else's ticket. I'm pretty sure that when I've 'borrowed' a season ticket, I've paid in the region of £100! I guess it depends upon your personal circumstances and what you feel is right, tbh. I hope that helps some? RE: Family stand tickets ? - WatchMUFC - 24-11-2009 http://www.viagogo.co.uk/manutd I forgot you can get tickets there ^ and at least there official there RE: Family stand tickets ? - Noucamp99 - 24-11-2009 Do you need to be a member to use viagogo? I was under the impression that you were? Maybe they've changed that. You'll need to check it out. |
