SAF wins The Best Coach in the World Poll - Hyltz'. - 24-09-2009
Sir Alex was voted 'The Best Coach in the World' according to an online poll carried out by 'Goal.com'.
He polled almost 47% of the votes cast.
Contrast that with 'The Special One' who came in second with a poll of 27% and you can see the overall depth of respect that SAF commands.
The final results were :~
- Sir Alex Ferguson .... 46.11%
- Jose Mourinho .... 26.95%
- Josep 'Pep' Guardiola .... 13.77%
- Marcello Lippi .... 8.38%
- Fabio Capello .... 4.79%
Unfortunately it doesn't tell us how many votes were cast.

Yeah, although he did win the world cup.
Italy are playing terrible football at the moment and I'm not 100% sure about Capello either, he is good but 5th best in the world. Seems a touch biased towards Italy. But even they know who the greatest it.
