...so he's opened up his own resturant!
It's called "Rosso", which means "red" in Italian. It's is located just off Kings Street in an 114-year-old, Grade II-listed building, with two restored domes, polished-marble columns and walls, delicate stained glass and ornate plaster ceilings. Cool, huh?
