ino its harder with the smaller team's but some manager's are better with the smaller teams!

yea a few of my friend sed the same about hiddink!
ashley cole was crap the last two years and now since hiddink is there he is geting the best out of him!
the players must get on well with him so!
Bruce has shown us he has done great in the manager chair but as a united manager I don´t know

Steve has done well at the clubs he's managed, so far.
He'll need a good more years of experience, including really big clubs, before he's ready for Old Trafford.
SAF's boots are large and will take some filling.
