Im flying back now in 5 hours
 . Is there any body going or has been here ?? can give good tips for porto del carmen me! 
I was in Costa Teguise about 4 years ago. Went to the massive market and bagged loads of fake goods for silly money. Went up Fire Mountain (Timanfaya National Park) and rode on a camel, too. Great fun.
I like Fuerterventura, too. Been there about 6 times. Might be off there in Easter. Safe flight, btw. Did you get us all a present?

when your going tell me! ill let you know were to eat from cheap or high quality food! bars,clubs! AND MAKE SURE YOU GO TO PORTO DEL CARMAN!

It looks like mrs noucamp-to-be and myself could be jetting off to the Canaries ourselves. Looking around Easter time, as my birthday falls just after and we've booked all that time off. Something like 10 days off work (incl weekends) for 4 days holiday!
I think we'll be returning to Fuerterventura, though. Corralejo is likely, as there is a bit to do there.
