Quote:Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been appointed as manager of Molde less than two years after leaving the Norwegian club.

The former Manchester United player was in charge of Molde from November 2010 until January 2014, when he left to manage Cardiff City in the Premier League.

Cardiff were relegated at the end of that season and Solskjaer left the club in September, meaning he has been out of work for more than a year.

Good luck Ole. I for one, hope that your talent holds you in good stead for the new job

A bit old news this... but excited for him after Molde beat Celtic.
Would you have him back at United?

He did great with our youngsters, but his spell at Cardiff as not so great.
Granted he did inherit a sinking ship...

Any thoughts?

This is his second time around at Molde, isn't it?

I would have him as an assistant, I think. Maybe a good head, but is he a manager for the top flight? Maybe not.

A superb striking coach, too.

Yes his second time at Molde.
He would be fantastic to have back at Carrington but his career as moved on. Wish he would of worked as Fergie's 2nd before he retired.

Oh yes! Imagine what else he could have learned from the great man! Still, time will tell and we may yet still see him back in the fold. Not at Molde (sorry)
