Manchester United have an interest in Paris Saint-Germain winger Lucas Moura but that is as far as it has gone for now.

Moura has not started a Ligue 1 game for the French giants this season and has played for just over an hour from the bench in his six appearances.

Luke Shaw along with Juan Mata, Ander Herrera, Chris Smalling, Phil Jones, Daley Blind and Matteo Darmian are all set to be sold to help finance the next round of Mourinho’s re-building process.

United are also set to lose Marouane Fellaini, who is a free agent and has refused to sign a new deal, while Michael Carrick is retiring and Zlatan Ibrahimovic will be released.

Among Mourinho’s targets are Real Madrid’s Gareth Bale, Tottenham pair Toby Alderweireld and Danny Rose, Chelsea winger Willian and Shakthar Donetsk midfielder Fred.

Manchester United are in advanced talks with Shakhtar Donetsk for Fred and a deal is close, according to Sky sources.

It is understood the Premier League side want to sign the 25-year-old Brazilian midfielder before the World Cup, which begins on June 14.

Fred - who has seven caps for Brazil - has been named in their squad for the tournament in Russia.

Jose Mourinho's public criticism of Luke Shaw has been a constant talking point this season. Matt Le Tissier said the Manchester United boss is "destroying" the left-back, former captain Gary Neville says it is serving as a distraction from the club's disappointments, while a source close to Shaw told Sky Sports News Mourinho's treatment of Shaw is "an absolute disgrace".

This has led Shaw to consider his future this summer, and the 23-year-old - who has one year left on his current deal - is favoured to join Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham, with whom he featured under at Southampton

To join Tottenham 3/1, Everton 5/1, Chelsea 10/1

Manchester United are closing in on the signing of Porto's teenage defender Diogo Dalot.

Dalot, 19, has a release clause of £17.4m but United are not thought to have activated it yet.

Manager Jose Mourinho believes the Portugal Under-21 international right-back can provide competition for United captain Antonio Valencia.

Contact between the clubs has been made and it seems only a matter of time before the deal is completed.

Manchester United are close to announcing they have agreed a new two-year contract with midfielder Marouane Fellaini.
Matteo Darmian could move to Juventus this summer after his agent met with the Italian club's sporting director.

According to Sky in Italy, Darmian's agent has met with Fabio Paratici to discuss a possible move away and negotiations are on-going.

The 28-year-old joined United ahead of the 2015/16 season and made 28 Premier League appearances under former manager Louis van Gaal, helping the club win the 2016 FA Cup.
