To be honest, it's good to hear that i'm not the only one. Viagogo is an absoloute disgrace considering the amount they charge on top of ticket face value. The One United membership scheme is also a shambles. Although it is fair to do a ballot, they should give people who ave been unsucessful time and time again a little priority. If I was sucessful four games in a row for example, I would gladly accept that people who have been unsucessful for those games would have priority in the next ballot. The lovely owners will gladly take our membership fee off us regardless of wether we are sucessful or not. Admiteddly that was the case before the Glazers were in charge aswell.
