You shouldn't lose trust on them so soon.It was just a slip up and take a look at the match tom.I am sure England will bounce back stronger. This is a near life or death match and i guess England will prevail.

They faileld to grasp the concept of marking a 35 year old midfielder, how are they going to fare when they come up against a team who have one of the deadliest strikers leading their front line?
It was just a one time fumble, but I certainly have no doubts about coming into this game that we are going to create Uruguay problems going forward.Uruguay's defense crumbled with the costa ricans running directly in.This game will be won by the team that defends best and i hope its england this time.

A one time fumble? They did exactly the same thing last night against Uruguay and Suarez punished them, how do you have a squad with at least FIVE players who play and train with him every week at Liverpool and yet they still don't know to get close to him?

Gerrard played a perfect through ball for his team mate. Great flick header.

Oh, and Costa Rica beat Italy, so England are OUT of the World Cup.

Now we can look forward to the proper football, as the EPL season starts in August!!

He's making a bit of a habit of cock-ups these days isn't he. Smile

Thought some of you might find this funny:

I'm just as big an England fan as most people, but I'm not wearing rose tinted glasses, we were not good enough and have not been good enough for at least the last 25 years or so. i said leading into this that England won't qualify from the group stages and sadly I was proved right, they looked and played like a team with no heart and no guts. Look at Costa Rica showing us how it should be done!

That was funny,at the fag end of that video suarez's beautiful singing voice was portrayed.Great job by the guy who did this.
I don't have anything in defense against your statement on England. They probably didn't deserve a second round qualification, but there have also been shock exits, like spain. We probably should take it that way and leave it at that.

So, seriously, is Suarez crazy? There is a thread on here asking if Blatter is crazy because he asked about Ronaldo and hairdressers, but really? Suarez??

For a giggle, take a look at this:

I just found that some guy won £2000 on a bet that Suarez would BITE someone at the World Cup, lol.

A Norwegian man has won 17,000 kroner (£2,000, $2,850) after betting that striker Luis Suarez would bite someone during the World Cup.

Online bookmaker Betsafe had been offering odds of 175/1 that the Uruguayan would attack an opponent in Brazil.

REALLY. Is he crazy?

"I lost my balance, making my body unstable and falling on top of my opponent," wrote Suarez in his defence to Fifa. "At that moment I hit my face against the player leaving a small bruise on my cheek and a strong pain in my teeth."

it seems we go from one cheat (Suarez) to another. Robben!! What a cheat! No contact for the penalty that ultimately took the Netherlands to the next round.

What do you think?
