What? You're mad! Improve those world beaters at their peak? You asked for player who didn't need to improve so I told you.
The current crop of Premier League players are not up in that league with them, so all need to improve.

Hmm, I see where you're coming from.
I think that most of my list would come very, very close to perfection, tbh, but not without loads of hard work to get there.
