personally i like carrick, playing football slow and steady and sometimes taking on a shot or two.
i mean hes scored some great goals and he has shown hes a very versatile player being able to play in defence, so in my eyes hes still a man utd player

He does need to take stock of his game. He was bought with the reputation of killer passes and creativity, but so far, we have not really seen that side of his game. we have seen his versatility, but SAF didn't buy a utility player. We have yet to see the true potential, in my humble opinion.

I know. Just pulling your leg. It was like when the arse went a season unbeaten. You had to admire the football they played.

Do you think Carrick has it in him, though, to be a great United legend? We're still waiting to see the best of him, but he is pretty steady. Maybe he needs an enforcer next to him, to release him and allow him to be flamboyant and creative?
