Only thing about Mourinho and the united way is that the players do the talking the manager has to know when to talk and when to shush. If it detracts from what the players do on the pitch then the manager is no good.

i think that next season will be fergies last season tbh, he is well into his 60s now and id say that he wont want the pressure of football managment especially in his older years, so the day will come and who knows, morinhuo could be on his way.
