It has to be Giggs for my generation of watching Man United. Model professional, brilliant even now.

Reason: Too many too list. FIFA should make a new award called, "Best All-Around Player of The World", Rooney would win it hands down. The striker who plays out wide, as winger, an attacking midfielder, as a back, and if he had the gloves, he'd be a shot stopper as well. He is AMAZING, All Heart!!!
