Hi there , new face in these here places , although i signed up many months ago ! Where can i start ? 41 years of age , United supporter all my life . Visited Old Trafford for the Solskaer Testimonial with my future Brother in law Nou_Camp99 and middle son who is also United mad . Seen United many times at various Stadiums across London including the Twin Towers .
Think United are now in a transition period where either Fergie has to get it right and stay or step aside and let a new man come in and do his thing . Pains me to say it after their wonderful service to the club and undoubted talents in the past but the likes of Scholes , Giggs & Neville now must step aside and be replaced with either new generation or buy in someone . Hard decision - especially as Giggs in particular is playing so well this season but thier collective wages could bring in some real talent .
I will try to post here as much as i can , sometimes you might agree with my comment sometimes not but hey thats democracy . Find me on the PS3 network under the same name and on rare occasions these days the Pro Evo 6 servers , again same name .
Thats all i have to say really , thanks for having me . United we stand !

Pep Guadiola set for OT role |

So according to one tabloid report the big chiefs have approached the agent of Pep Guadiola with an enquiry for a coaching role leading to replacing Sir Alex . Have to say , far fetched at the very least . Why would he ever want to leave Barce for a coaching role in the first place unless of course he feels he has achieved everything he can at the Nou Camp .
So who do you think will replace Sir Alex ? please offer up your reasons for suggestion and who you think will ultimately end up in the hot seat .
As for me , i personally think the job has been José Mourinho's for quite a while now . I think he has been treading water since the day he left Chavski and knows exactly when Sir Alex is stepping aside and he will slide into place . Very difficult position to take up after everything Sir Alex has done , cant possibly be toppped but a new fresh start may be exactly whats needed right now - starting with the Glaziers !!

Manchester United's bond issue is already attracting major buyers.
United chief executive David Gill will today pitch the club's £500 million bond issue to potential investors in London amid growing confidence in the Glazer camp that the refinancing initiative – which may include the sale of the club's Carrington training ground - will be successful.
While some analysts have expressed scepticism about the attractiveness of the bond in a crowded market, The Daily Telegraph reports that significant orders in excess of £50 million have already been placed. There is an expectation within the Glazer team that orders will eventually run into billions.
If that is the case it will strengthen the Glazers' hand when they come to price the bond at the end of next week. The bond issue will remain at £500 million, but larger investors may have to settle for a smaller allocation.
"This is a well-run company whose owners have demonstrated it can get bigger and more successful," said one banker with knowledge of the sports market. "People will be attracted by the emotional link to United as well, but this is not a flaky investment. There is more risk in football than many other industries, but United are better protected than any other club."

Krasic rejects Man City: Only Man Utd or Arsenal for me |

Money-bags Manchester City have failed in a move for CSKA Moscow winger Milos Krasic.
The Daily Mail says Krasic has rejected an approach from Roberto Mancini's Manchester City, saying he only wants to join either Manchester United or Arsenal.
The Serbia international impressed in both group games against United in the Champions League earlier this season with the lively schemer scoring in the 3-3 draw at Old Trafford.
Several of Europe's top sides sent scouts to watch the 25-year-old, who can play down the right hand side or as an attacking midfielder, but City were the first ones to make a strong inquiry.
Despite having only one year left on his contract in the Russian capital, City were taken aback by CSKA's £15million valuation but their efforts seem to be in vain as he has made it clear to his advisers he only wants to join United or Arsenal.

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has ruled out a loan move for Ben Foster.
Ferguson insists that will not happen. And, without actually offering an explanation how, the United boss feels Foster can play enough matches to keep his England spot.
"There is absolutely no chance of loaning Ben out, absolutely none," he said.
"The World Cup is four months ahead. Let's hope he gets some football that gives him a chance.
"It is Fabio's decision but Ben's qualities are going to put him forward as a definite choice and England are not endowed with great goalkeepers."
