Manchester United have reportedly opened talks with Kaka over a summer transfer to Old Trafford.
According to The Sun, club officials met with Kaka yesterday.
A source 'close to the AC Milan superstar' is quoted as saying:
"It was a very positive meeting, although nothing was agreed.
"The player wants a five-year contract and wages of £135,000 a week. He is very keen to join United and these are figures that are within United's pay structure. It's up to them what happens now."
As Manchester City are understood to have offered over £100m for the Milan forward in January, United are expected to have to pay at least £70m if they are to persuade the Italians to sell their prized asset.
United's interest in Kaka will inevitably be interpreted as an indication that they are preparing to sell Cristiano Ronaldo in the summer to Real Madrid.
A concurring Daily Mail also has United's pursuit of Kaka on their backpage, with the Mail declaring that 'intermediaries of the Premier League champions will meet Milan over the next 10 days to discuss figures and the possibility of luring the brilliant Brazilian playmaker to Old Trafford.'

What a difference when Nani was taken off against Spurs!Too many wasteful flicks and bad corners?Greedy, selfish and goes down far too easy?In his 3rd season at the club so has had more than ample time to settle in to the club and the english Premier League and we have had a couple of good goals but is he worth the 16million we payed for him?I think not.Get rid in the Summer!.

Paul Scholes broke the 600 appearances barrier when he lined up against Portsmouth at Old Trafford this week. It is unlikely he will surpass Ryan Giggs, or even Bobby Charltons appearance figures, but it is still a tremendous acheivement.
Scholesy is a true legend, he's never one to take the glory if he scores a winning goal, he just gets on with it everyday and is the model proffesional for any youngster coming into the game. Hopefully when Giggsy, Scholesy and Neville reitre, they will stay on as coaches as they can teach youngster what it means to play for this club.
Scholesy can also crack in some corkers, here are my two favourite Scholes moments:

It shows true skill to play on as Scholes suffered/has suffered from Blurred vision.
So what are your favourite Scholes moments and what do you think of Paul?
