Matthijs de Ligt and Noussair Mazraoui have joined Manchester United from Bayern Munich; Netherlands international centre-back De Light moves to Old Trafford in a deal worth €50m (£42.7m), with an initial €45m (£38.4m) plus €5m (£4.3m) in add-ons
Both will be available for the opening match of the season.
The deal which sees De Ligt head to Old Trafford is worth €45m (£38.5m) with a potential further €5m (£4.2m) in add-ons.
United view it as an attractive fee for a young but extremely experienced and high-quality centre-back, who has enjoyed success everywhere he has played.
Mazraoui is viewed at the club as a young, versatile and dynamic full-back - strong defensively and going forward on the left or right.
The simultaneous arrival of De Ligt makes it four major signings for United completed before the start of the season, significantly strengthening the squad and addressing priority positions.

We've not done one of these for while...
West Ham United have signed defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka from Manchester United for £15m.
The 26-year-old has penned a seven-year deal with the Hammers.
Wan-Bissaka left Crystal Palace for Manchester United in a £50m move in 2019 and scored two goals in 190 appearances for the Red Devils.
"It was a no brainer for me to join West Ham - I'm excited and happy to be here," said Wan-Bissaka.
"I can't wait to get on the pitch, get to know the players, and push on from there.
"I see a team that is in it together, that will push each other to win, and a group that has got each others' backs through thick and thin, so being part of that and having that insurance helps a lot when you are surrounded by a good squad."
Wan-Bissaka, who was born in London, added it was an "amazing feeling" to return to the capital.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer signed Wan-Bissaka when he was Manchester United manager in 2019 and the defender was first choice until the Norwegian's departure in 2021.
Wan-Bissaka lost his regular starting position after Erik ten Hag's appointment in 2022,al though he still managed 64 appearances under the Dutchman in the past two seasons.

he deal continues on existing terms, and there is increased support around Ten Hag from strengthened football leadership team.
Discussions also continue on the potential refresh of his coaching staff.
Any thoughts?
