As it is getting very quiet in here these days, we decided to encourage our members to speak their minds and to get the website busy.

There will be a posting contest starts Monday and ends on Sunday each week with money prizes. Wink

- Contest starts Monday and ends Sunday each week.
- Posts have to be meaningful and must have your opinion. Not just copy/paste, "thank you" or "I agree" kind of posts. Tongue
- Posts will be judged be me or Noucamp99 and useless posts will be deleted.

- There will be 2 winners weekly. 1st winner is the member who have the highest number of posts through the past week.
- 2nd winner will be chosen randomly.
- Winners must have at least 10 posts through the past week to qualify.
- Winners will be announced on Monday each week.

I am sorry to announce that I am stepping down as administrator due to work and school. Steve and I came to the conclusion that it will be best that I will step down and that Steve will look for a new admin that can be more active on game days, etc. I will still try to be around now and than but I won't do anything big unless Steve needs me for something like theme tweaks or new features.

So why did we need this switch? Well first off all the website loaded slow and it was hard for us to develop under slow circumstances. The slower the website is the slower we can improve. Second of all the website had some downtime due to the large amount of traffic that the host couldn't handle.

With the faster host we can also experiment with cool stuff such as our custom Stream Player including HQ, Fullscreen, ads, better look, and just faster.

So once again Steve and I would like to thank you!

Steve and I want to apologize for the trouble we had with the stream and player during the Chelsea V Manchester United game. I will work on a better solution by coding our own player for ManUtdPeople. The new player will hopefully get some nice features for the subscribers such as HQ, fullscreen, and more.

About the streams we will try to investigate why the streams went twice down during the game. We might have to switch to a better host but we will see.

One thing is sure, we will need money to solve this problem, we will need to get a better stream host and web host for ManUtdPeople to ensure that the new player will work and to ensure no lag. So please become a subscriber.

So as you might have noticed the forums were offline for two days and some hours. And as you might have noticed the forums have been changed a bit! So to solve any confusing let me explain what happened and why!

So as some of you may know ManUtdPeople was going to be sold but Steve changed his mind and hired me to rebuild and make MUP better than ever! So without anything else to say here's a list of changes:

New Looks
As you might have noticed I have designed a whole new look for MUP, new logo, new colors, and a new layout. Hopefully you guys will like it!

Watch Live
I have coded a new nifty page that will allow you to watch live games on MUP! Now the smart thing about it is that Regular Members, Guests, and Banned people will have to fill in a survey and will see ads around their player when viewing live. All the staff and subscribers/donators will not have to fill in any survey or will get any ads! We have done this to stop members from leeching of the live stream and show some dedication to MUP!

Subscribe Gold
This feature was always here already but it was a bit confusing so we have made it better. You might have noticed that their is a Subscribe Gold link in the menu. When you subscribe you will get some new features such as new rank, color, and badge. You can Watch Live without any ads or surveys, and you can access a special Subscribe forum!

Forum Layout
We have moved, edited, and deleted some forums and categories to make MUP easier to use and post. If you got any suggestions or problems please tell ys!
