Manchester United Transfer Rumours and Gossip
Axel Tuanzebe is expected to leave United on a season-long loan this summer.

Tuanzebe, 23, only played 18 times for us in 2020-21 and three of his four Premier League starts were in May.

It is understood that Tuanzebe feels he deserved more chances last season and received a lack of recognition. Premier League and overseas clubs have expressed interest in Tuanzebe.

Update 30th June: Aston Villa are interested in signing Tuanzebe on loan for the 2021-22 season with the 23-year-old having had two previous loan spells at Villa Park.

What happens to CR7 legend status if THIS is true???

Juventus and Portugal forward Cristiano Ronaldo, 36, will push for a move to Premier League champions Manchester City during the final week of the transfer window, with the former Manchester United favourite not keen on seeing out the final year of his contract with the Italians.

Ronaldo has discussed the move with City's Portuguese contingent of Bernardo Silva, Ruben Dias, 24, and full-back Joao Cancelo, 27. Attacking midfielder Silva or City's Spain defender Aymeric Laporte, both 27, may be included as part of a swap deal. City are willing to meet Ronaldo's salary demands, but not prepared to pay a sizeable transfer fee. (L'Equipe - in French)

Really???

Manchester City have been offered the chance to sign Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus.

Ronaldo is out of contract next summer and Juventus want to sell him to save on the £500,000 a week wages they pay him plus tax.

Ronaldo is willing to leave and his agent Jorge Mendes has been looking for a club who are willing to pay a €25m transfer fee for the 36-year-old and take on his wages.

City are interested in bringing Ronaldo back to the Premier League on a free transfer and are willing to offer him a two-year contract, with a salary of £12.8m-per-season (€15m), according to Sky in Italy.
