I hadn't heard that one. I doubt there is any truth in it, as he has signed for United and it is a friendly, not a testimonial. If it were the latter, there would be a chance, but Sir Alex won't let that happen. Imagine if he went in for a 50-50 ball with a United payer and 1 of them got injured.....
