Michael owen has been ruled out for utd for 3 weeks after coming of after only 20 minutes against wolfsburg last night, he was suffering from this groin injury for the last few days and now he has damaged it more.
Speaking after the game SAF confirmed that owen picked up this injury on sunday, but trianed monday and sat out training on tuesday so that he would be available to choose for last nights game as it was always his plan to play him.
No doubt owen will be wanting back as soon as possible as in three weeks time we have the wheel stealers at anfield and he will be rearing to go.
So come on Owen GET FIT SOON!!!

Recent speculation has linked United with a move for Bolton's centre back Gary Cahill. Cahill is being followed by Chelsea, Juventus and AC Milan, but with Chelsea's transfer ban and Cahill prefering to stay in England it seems United are the front runners. Fergie has earmaked Cahill as a possible replacement for Rio, espceially with Rio's poor fitness over recent weeks.
This could be a good siging especially with the injureis we have had in defence recently. He is English too which would help with the new squad rules and the possible 6+5 rule.

Carlos Tevez has spoken out after his brace against his fomer club, West Ham, that he will now celebrate if he scores against Manchester United.
The man who hit the woodwork in the last Manchester derby had this to say -
I’ve decided not to celebrate my goals out of respect to West Ham, They were my first club in England and, in my heart, part of me will always be a Hammer. The professional part of me was really pleased with my first City goals at home but, personally, I would have preferred to beat another club. In the derby against United I had also decided not to celebrate our goals but, after the bad treatment I received from the supporters that day, I have changed my stance on that. If I score in the next derby then I am sure that I will celebrate.

According to manutdarabic.com , Owen is injured ...
when we could see Owen paly all the match as Rooney? they should give him a chance not just last 10 minutes , ok , sometimes he makes goals and chances in this 10 minutes , what about all the match.
