Reading have completed the signing of Manchester United defender Tyler Blackett on a three-year contract.

The 22-year-old was handed his United debut by former manager Louis van Gaal in August 2014 against Swansea.

He spent six months on loan at Celtic last season, making eight appearances in all competitions.

Overly-confident Arsenal fan puts ‘Mahrez 26’ shirt up for sale
Posted by: Noucamp99 - 18-08-2016, 06:27 AM - Forum: Premier League - No Replies

In July, one bold Gooner was so confident that the Gunners would sign Leicester City ace Riyad Mahrez that he got a no.26 Arsenal shirt with the Algerian’s name on the back.

The 25-year-old inspired Leicester City to the title last season but he admitted earlier this week that he’d be tempted to leave the Foxes for ‘two or three clubs’.

Asad Balal, a long-suffering Gooner, was clearly confident that Arsene Wenger would swoop in to bring the Le Havre winger to the Emirates and even claimed to have inside information on the Algerian’s move to north London.

However, Balal was forced into an embarassing backtrack today after Mahrez signed a new four-year deal with the Foxes and he quickly took to Twitter to jokingly put his Arsenal no.26 shirt up for sale before deleting the tweet and saying he’s sending the shirt to a charity shop.

  Best Troll Ever?
Posted by: Noucamp99 - 17-08-2016, 11:48 AM - Forum: Champions League - No Replies

I know it was the bitter's match, but what about this for a daringly awesome troll?

Quote:Dinamo Bucharest fans pulled off an unbelievably brilliant prank on their rivals Steaua Bucharest during tonight’s Champions League qualifier against Manchester City.

The Steaua fans unveiled a tifo ahead of kick-off in a bid to inspire their players (who incidentally went on to lose 5-0.)

Fans taking part in a tifo aren’t to know what it actually says but this one read “Doar Dinamo Bucuresti“, which translates as “Only Dinamo Bucharest“.

CONFIRMED: Januzaj Joins Sunderland on Loan
Posted by: Noucamp99 - 13-08-2016, 10:16 AM - Forum: Transfer Talk - No Replies

Januzaj joined United on the pre-season tour, but seems surplus to Jose's requirements and has gone on another season-long loan, this time to Sunderland.

Quote:Sunderland have announced the signing of Manchester United forward Adnan Januzaj on a season-long loan.

The move reunites the 21-year-old with manager David Moyes who gave him his debut for the Old Trafford side in the summer of 2013.

Januzaj earned rave reviews for his performances over the next few months and was rewarded with a five-year contract which runs out in the summer of 2018.

However, he failed to hold down a regular first-team spot and was loaned to Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund for the first half of last season.
