Chairboys capture Heaton
Goalkeeper arrives on loan until end of the season
Wycombe Wanderers have snapped up Manchester United goalkeeper Tom Heaton on loan.
Heaton has joined the Chairboys on a temporary deal until the end of the season.
The England Under-21 international has yet to make a senior appearance for United, but has enjoyed numerous spells away from the club.
Chairboys boss Gary Waddock was happy to bring in the highly-rated custodian.
"I'm delighted to have signed someone of his quality," Waddock told the club's official website.
"Coming from a club like United and with the league experience he has gained, I'm sure that Tom will be a very good acquisition.
"Manchester United have been very helpful in letting Tom join us and I'm looking forward to working with him."

Looks like Giggsy picked up quite a knock against Villa
Giggs out for four weeks
United ace fractured arm in Villa draw
Manchester United veteran Ryan Giggs has been ruled out for the next four weeks after suffering a fractured arm against Aston Villa.
The winger picked up the injury after a collision with Villa midfielder Steve Sidwell in the second half and he was replaced by Dimitar Berbatov.
Giggs had earlier been involved in United's first-half equaliser as the Welshman's cross-shot deflected off James Collins and into the net.
United boss Sir Alex Ferguson had been hoping for a positive bulletin on Giggs' injury, but X-rays have shown the 36-year-old has fractured his arm.
It means the long-serving schemer will miss several key games for United, starting with next Tuesday's UEFA Champions League trip to AC Milan.
He will also sit out the Carling Cup final against Villa at Wembley later this month and is scheduled to miss Premier League fixtures against Everton, West Ham United and Wolves.
Giggs will be facing a race to be fit in time for the second leg of the last 16 tie with Milan at Old Trafford on Wednesday 10th March.
The absence of the influential Giggs is compounded by a three-match suspension for the in-form Nani, who was sent off in the first half against Villa.
Nani will miss the Everton, West Ham and Villa games, so Antonio Valencia and Park Ji-sung could be set for a run in the United team on the domestic front.

Nani's tackle against Villa earned him a 3-match ban, making him suspended for the Carling Cup final. Also, Giggs injured his wrist I think at Villa Park as well, but SAF is still waiting for the X-Ray. Nani's gonna be crucial with his good form in the final...

Portsmouth going bust. |

What will be the repercussions for United if Pompey go out of business having gained six points from them and Chelsea have only gained three. If they make thier games null and void this would have a big impact on the league. Liverpool would not lose any and Arsenal would lose six.
Can anyone shed any light on the rules?
LOVE UNITED..........HATE glazer
