Javier Hernandez, who has scored 20 goals this term to help Man Utd win the Barclays Premier League and reach the Champions League final, was presented with the trophy at a glittering gala dinner at Old Trafford on Wednesday night. And the man himself was delighted.

"I have to say thank you so much to the fans. They have helped me a lot. I think this was a difficult decision to make and I don't think I deserve it because it hasn't been just one player who has played well. We are a team."

Javier Hernandez has capped a phenomenal debut season for Man Utd by scooping the prestigious Man Utd Player of the Season Award.

Player of the season result:

Hernandez won his award after a debut season in which he notched 20 Premier League goals, with highlights being his first-minute opener against title rivals Chelsea and an audacious header away at Stoke City.

Question Man Utd Player of the year?
Posted by: 19TITLE - 19-05-2011, 04:48 PM - Forum: Man Utd News - Replies (1)

When it comes to player of the year it make you thin which player you may choose, most Manchester United players are best players on the world for me!

But if I have to select one player I would say Hernandez is the Man Utd player of the year for me.

What is your choice?

Man Utd Won 19th Title of Premier League 2010/2011

I am really happy to see Man Utd winning the 19th title of EPL, this is a wonderful season for us. We have beaten Liverpool's record of 18th and the trophy is ours!.

We won the English Premier League 2010/2011 title we deserve the trophy. Man Utd played very good this season and we made a lot of records against other teams in the league.

Sir Alex Ferguson and Man Utd player Wayne Rooney, Hernandez, Dimitar Berbatov, Giggs, Nani and others made a great job indeed for the football history. I am proud being a Man Utd fan. Glory Man Utd!
